The hotel offers very clean rooms with very good service. However, the bath towels could be of better quality. The location is good, even though it's in a narrow alley. The dining experience was excellent, although reaching the property can be challenging due to a narrow road. Overall, a comfortable stay with friendly staff.

The hotel is located in a narrow alley, which adds to its charm, and it's also good to be in a prime area. The rooms are average considering the price, but I must admit the bath towels could definitely be better. The staff is kind and trying to act polite, while the service, especially from the housekeeping team, is very friendly and helpful. A standout feature is them preparing breakfast earlier than usual for five of us. I would say dining can be a bit tricky due to the narrow roads, but they offer very excellent udon soups. If you are looking for some extra amenities, the property could benefit from a buffet. In terms of location, it's great and very close to a highly recommended restaurant. Despite some minor issues, staying here represented good value for money.
